Key server version, configuration and parameters.

Operation	Auth	Purpose
POST /api/server/version	Bearer + DPoP	The key server's self-reported version.
POST /api/config/get	Bearer + DPoP	Read a FILTERED projection of the key server configuration.
POST /api/config/update	Bearer + DPoP	Write attributes into the key server configuration, and verify by re-reading.
POST /api/parameters/remove	Bearer + DPoP	Remove a key server parameter. Permission is checked HERE, before the wire.
