ACL templates

ACL templates and the templated directories bound to them (ACL_MANAGEMENT template operations).

Operation	Auth	Purpose
GET /api/acl-templates	Bearer + DPoP	List every ACL template, with its members.
POST /api/acl-templates	Bearer + DPoP	Create an ACL template; the caller is always a read+write member.
GET /api/acl-templates/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	One ACL template, with its members.
PUT /api/acl-templates/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Rename an ACL template.
DELETE /api/acl-templates/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Remove an ACL template.
POST /api/acl-templates/{id}/members	Bearer + DPoP	Add one member to an ACL template.
PUT /api/acl-templates/{id}/members/{principalId}	Bearer + DPoP	Change one member's rights.
DELETE /api/acl-templates/{id}/members/{principalId}	Bearer + DPoP	Remove one member from an ACL template.
GET /api/templated-directories	Bearer + DPoP	List templated directories, or look them up by path or by ACL template.
POST /api/templated-directories	Bearer + DPoP	Bind a directory path to an ACL template.
GET /api/templated-directories/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	One templated directory, by its own id.
PUT /api/templated-directories/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Change a templated directory's path, alias or ACL template.
DELETE /api/templated-directories/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Remove a templated directory.
